Send the team your departure and arrival cities, approximate dates, airline if known and any connections. Tell us whether the booking is confirmed or still flexible. You do not need to book a new trip to make an enquiry.
We check whether there is a suitable match
The team considers the animal, destination, route and practical arrangements with you. An animal being ready to travel does not guarantee a place on your flight. Airline acceptance and the arrangements for that specific journey must be checked.
Know the responsibilities before agreeing
Discuss the animal’s care, carrier, documents, airport handover, arrival collection and who covers each cost. Ask what support is available if the itinerary changes. Do not add an animal to a booking before the team has agreed the plan with you.
Share only the information needed to start
Use the flight buddy enquiry form for your route, dates and questions. Please do not send passport copies, booking references or payment details in the initial form. Any necessary documents can be discussed separately.
