We use your contact details and form answers to respond to your enquiry and assess an adoption, foster offer or other request. Submissions are kept in a private team inbox and sent to hello@frontlinepaws.org through Resend. Access to the inbox is restricted to the website owner.
To reduce spam, the server temporarily stores counters linked to a keyed hash of your IP address. These counters do not contain your form answers and are removed after expiry during later submissions.
Please do not include identity documents, bank details, sensitive personal information or children’s names. Home photographs and videos are arranged separately.
Reviews and family updates are not published automatically. Publication is optional and depends on the permission selected in the form.
When enabled, payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Frontline Paws does not collect card details through its forms.
Saved animal favourites and your language preference may be stored in this browser. Form drafts are not saved in browser storage. External services, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Resend and Stripe, have their own privacy practices.
